1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders typically process within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) and transit time is typically 10-20 business days.
2. HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?
Lucky you! To use your coupon code, add all of your glam goodies to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click ”apply”. Please note that only one promotion code can be entered for a given order from KIKI-LO. Coupon code cannot be used on orders already placed.
3. HOW DO I OPT OUT OF EMAILS?
Why would you want to?! Our KIKI-LO fans receive all kinds of perks and special gifts. But if you must, just click the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any email.
4.How do I check the status of my order?
You can quickly check the status of your order by clicking on the My Account link located at the top of every page on the site.
You will need your registered email address and password to check your order status. When you place an order at kiki-lo.com you will receive an order confirmation e-mail immediately that will include your order number and summary.
Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it or If you do not have your order number please refer to your e-mail confirmation or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
5.How Do I Cancel An Order?
We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.
6.How do I return an item?
If you wish to make a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you. To return or exchange an Accessory purchase, complete the required information on the Return/Exchange Form - located on the back of the original packaging invoice.
Indicate the reason for the return and action we should take. For example, if you changed your mind and wish to make an exchange, please let us know what item you desire instead by telling us the SKU, product description and price of the new item.
Pack and seal your return securely in the original package if possible. Include the Return/Exchange Form you filled out completely. Packages must be returned prepaid. We recommend you insure all packages. KIKI-LO cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries

We accept Paypal, Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, and American Express), (i.e. using your regular Bank Account)
8.Is it safe to use my credit card online?
At KIKI-LO, we take online security very seriously. At no point do we store any financial information on our servers. KIKI-LO employs trusted and reputable third party hosting agents and payment providers to ensure the security of personal data. All credit card details are entered on a secure server using Paypal Payments. The transfer of the purchase details from our site to Paypal Payments are encapsulated using their encrypted and digitally signed protocol which is secure and tamper-proof.
9.Is VAT included in the order?
VAT is included on all orders , and is included in the listed retail price.
